Having taught Dance in state education for over 25 years, Ray Oudkerk has now been a School Senior Leader for 10 years and is currently Vice Principal at The BRIT School in Croydon, a 14 -19 DfE funded state school specialising in Arts Education for all young people. He oversees Applied Theatre, Dance, Music, Musical Theatre and Theatre and leads on Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, Behaviour, Climate Awareness and Parental Engagement. Ray is also a Trustee of Rambert School and Chair of GCSE Dance.
