Led by Alleyne Dance, you'll explore movement, ideas, and stories through physical and expressive exercises. We'll focus on body isolation, articulation including fluid movement of the spine, all while letting music and rhythm inspire your dancing with live accompaniment by Bobby Demers
Perfect for anyone with at least 3 years of dance experience and who is looking to gain a new insight into contemporary dance.
